Dear brothers and sisters, if you are interested in the courses offered by 4C Bible Missions Institute, we warmly welcome you to download the application form and apply to join our institute, where we can study and learn God’s Word together.
This page describes the admission application — formally applying to become a student of the Institute: download the application form, prepare a recent photo and recommendation letters, complete the form and mail it to the Institute. Applicants are admitted after review.
Before registering for any course, you must first complete the admission application. Once admitted as a student of the Institute, go to the Programs page and click “Register now” under a course to sign up.
How to Apply

Applicants should contact the 4C Bible & Missions Institute directly to request an application form.

Applicants may download the Institute Policy, the application form, and the recommendation letter form from the links below.

Mail the completed application form, with a recent photo attached, to 4C Bible Missions Institute (address: 3115 W. Parker Rd., Suite 250, Plano, TX 75023).

Recommendation letters may be enclosed with the application form or mailed by the recommender to the address above.

Once approved by the Advisory Committee, the applicant will be notified in writing.
