With the aim of nurturing and equipping volunteers of Chinese churches, the 4C Bible & Missions Institute began systematically teaching Bible and theology courses in October 2004. By faith it charges no tuition, collecting only some textbook fees. Its facilities are therefore kept simple — it still rents its space to this day — and all its strength is concentrated on teaching. It has now come through more than 20 years of wind and rain; thanks be to the Lord! Today it provides biblical and theological equipping to Chinese Christians in many regions around the world.
