Rev. Dr. Albert Seung
PresidentRev. Albert Seung has many years of experience in church planting and pastoral ministry. In Europe he planted the Stockholm Chinese Church and the Gothenburg Chinese Church, and he went on to pastor the Arlington Chinese Church in Texas and the First Chinese Baptist Church of Dallas for a total of fifteen years. During that time he also planted, in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, the Carrollton Chinese Church, the Tyler Chinese Fellowship, the North Texas Chinese Church, and the Grace Baptist Church. He has served as a board member of the Chinese Bible Education Association and is currently President of the Christian Creative Communication Center.
Rev. Seung earned a Master of Theology in Bible and a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary, as well as a Doctor of Religious Education from Landmark Baptist Theological Seminary, and in 2011 he received the Doctor of Ministry degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.
Courses taught include: “Eschatology,” “The Minor Prophets,” “Fundamental Theology,” “Understanding Cults and Heresies,” “Christology,” “Practical Pastoral Theology,” “Cat & Dog Theology,” “1 Corinthians,” and more.

Rev. Ping Fang
Academic DeanRev. Ping Fang grew up in a Christian family. Called by God from childhood, she resolved to dedicate her life to serving God. She received a Bachelor of Theology in 1995 and a Master of Divinity in 1998, and was ordained in 2006. In 2019 she entered Dallas Theological Seminary to pursue the Doctor of Educational Ministry (DEdMin), and in 2023 took a leave of absence for health reasons.
Rev. Fang has taught for many years at East China Theological Seminary and the 4C Bible & Missions Institute, mainly teaching Bible and church history courses. In 1998 she married Rev. Guochao Fu; they serve together with one heart and are raising three children. Rev. Fang is currently Academic Dean of the 4C Bible & Missions Institute.

Rev. Dr. Timothy C. Yin
Adjunct LecturerRev. Dr. Timothy C. Yin was born in Shanghai, grew up in Hong Kong, and came to the United States for higher education. After earning a degree in civil engineering, he entered the workforce. Following early retirement, he received a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 2000 and a Doctor of Ministry in 2007. Rev. Yin has served at the Presbyterian Church in Bakersfield, California, the Houston Chinese Church, the Chinese Baptist Church of New Orleans, and the First Chinese Baptist Church of San Antonio as a deacon and elder, and finally as Senior Pastor of the Chinese Bible Church of Houston. He also served for two years as a missionary pastor in Belize, Central America. Rev. Yin is now a retired pastor.
